Rebecca Law

I was recently commissioned as the photographer
for a Twin Cities real estate website.
It was a blast to get the client’s
list of desired scenes and then set free
to be creative! I’m very happy with how the pictures
turned out. You can view them at www.rebeccalaw.net.
My photos are in the slider showcase at
the top of the page. While you’re there, check out
Rebecca’s articles. She has some fun stories and
lots of practical info about real estate.
And let me know how you like my photos!

Hayden

So in love with Hayden's beautiful smile and curls! She was so fun to photograph. It was pretty easy to get her to smile and laugh by playing peek-a-boo! I loved using my two new chairs with her. It's so fun having fun props to add to a photo session!

Quincy

I photographed Quincy almost a year ago. I can not believe how big he has gotten! He also is not as shy in front of the camera. As you can see! I hardly had to give him any direction. Which makes my job so easy! I love to be able to just keep clicking away! He could be a little model for gap! I had been wanting to photograph at these two walls in Minneapolis for so very long, I'm so happy I finally got to try them out. I was suprised to find that someone had spray painted "LOVE ME" on the music wall. How perfect is that??? It is one of my favorite images!

Black & White Abstraction

I am in the process of moving...During that time I moved some flower pots off of this table I have. I was so drawn to the beauty that the dirt made on the glass, I had to grab my camera! Before I knew it I took 50 pictures! Here are just a few of my favorites! If you know me you know that I love things that are abstract!

Spuce Flowers and Home

I think you can tell by this very long blog post, how much I am love with this new flower shop! Spruce Flowers and Home is located at 48th and Chicago in South Minneapolis. I have been there several times now to purchase flowers for myself and friends...it is so affordable! Also, it is so fun to just come in and talk with the owner Amy. She has so much to share about flowers. When I found out she offers classes I jumped at the chance to take one and learn more about flower arranging from her. She had a lot of great tips and we got to take a beautiful flower arrangement home!

So when I got up the nerve to ask her to come in and photograph her store, I was so excited when she said yes!! I fell in love with photography by starting to photograph flowers when I was 10! I love the way you can make flowers look abstract. I really enjoyed coming in on a rainy Tuesday afternoon to just explore her store with my camera. Thank you so much Amy for being to generous, I really appreciate it! I really enjoy your store and have had a great time getting to know!

If you have not been to this wonderful flower shop, you have to go now!!! I mean like right now! Trust me, you will fall in love with the store just as much as I have.

Owner Amy, making an arrangment for a customer.

Checking out the flowers in the walk in cooler!

I love that you can belly up to the "bar" and have Amy help you with your arrangment. It's so fun to sit down and have a converstation with her and learn more about flowers!
