Gold Medal Park

I took this photo today, well out and about looking at homes through the Parade of Homes. It was such a beautiful clear, sunny day. For some reason this image caught my eye and just spoke to me. I had to get my phone out and snap the photo before it was gone. I took this photo using instagram. Instagram is my new best friend! I love that it takes such great pictures, has fun filters, and is really user friendly. The photos upload so fast and are then in a feed. It's so fun to follow people and see what they are photographing in their everyday life. I really like it for that reason and gives a whole new meaning to lifestyle photography! That's exactly what lifestyle photography is to me, photos of your everyday life and what you're up to. Thus, making this app the perfect tool for me. I use it almost everyday! I try to at least. Valentine's Day

I love creating cards, especially for Valentines Day! I love the colors of Valentines Day, pink, red, and white. I love anything having to do with Hearts. I love expressing the way you feel about someone through words in print. I love sending the card in the mail knowing I'm going to make someone smile that day. I love making something handmade, it means so much more when it comes from the heart. I love getting Valentine's. I love the word Valentine's. If that's not love I don't know what it is! Hope you all have a great Valentines Day with the people you love!

A little spring

My roommate took a class on how to make a Terrarium. She brought how this beautiful little number. It is sitting in our living room and everytime I look at it I can't help but think of Spring and smile! I love the bright green of the plants! I hope the pictures bring you a little warmth as they have been helping me get through this very long cold winter!

Hayden

So in love with Hayden's beautiful smile and curls! She was so fun to photograph. It was pretty easy to get her to smile and laugh by playing peek-a-boo! I loved using my two new chairs with her. It's so fun having fun props to add to a photo session!

Quincy

I photographed Quincy almost a year ago. I can not believe how big he has gotten! He also is not as shy in front of the camera. As you can see! I hardly had to give him any direction. Which makes my job so easy! I love to be able to just keep clicking away! He could be a little model for gap! I had been wanting to photograph at these two walls in Minneapolis for so very long, I'm so happy I finally got to try them out. I was suprised to find that someone had spray painted "LOVE ME" on the music wall. How perfect is that??? It is one of my favorite images!
